Farmacarb Hemodialysis Disinfectants Farmacarb has different formulations (Citric50, Citric021 and Citric30) for the disinfection of hemodialysis machines.

FARMACARB C50 Disinfectant - 50% Citric Acid Solution
Farmacarb 50% citric acid liquid concentrate is manufactured for the use in hemodialysis machine citric-heat disinfection, decalcification and cleaning. It is to be used in accordance with the hemodialysis machine manufacturer's citric-heat disinfection procedure instructions. .

Features

• In combination with heat, Farmacarb C50 is and highly effective in disinfecting hemodialysis machines. The concentrate is used at 83 C in accordance with the machine manufacturer's instructions
• Highly effective against media of Bactericidal, Fungicidal, Mycobacterium terrae (ATCC 15755), Mycobacterium avium (ATCC 15769) and Virucidal (Poliovirus type-1, Adenovirus Type-5 and Murine Norovirus) Blood residues and calcium/magnesium deposits.

Farmacarb C.M.L. 2,5 liquid concentrates (CITRIC30 and CITRO21) are manufactured for the use in hemodialysis machine citric-heat disinfection, decalcification and cleaning. It is to be used in accordance with the hemodialysis machine manufacturer's citric-heat disinfection procedure instructions.

  - Virucidal (Poliovirus type-1, Adenovirus Type-5 and Murine Norovirus) - TS EN 14476.
  - Blood residues and calcium/magnesium deposits.
